Please provide guidance regarding pricing/inspection for a 1968 IH 560D (not a hydro, no cab).

The tractor seems to be in good condition. The tach indicates 4900 hours, however, I am not sure if it is working. The tires are average with no apparent damage. It has an IH factory wide front.

The apparent issues are a missing access panel for the air filter and an oil leak just above the engine fan. The leak seems confined to the front of the engine.

The eastern South Dakota dealer is asking $6,500.

I plan to inspect and drive on Wednesday. My intent is to use the tractor for cutting weeds and snow removal (personal use only).
