Paul, I go along with Ludwig on this one. I work in a service garage and here's a little tip we use all the time to check coils on autos. If a car wont start when it is hot we pour cold water over the coil, and 9 times out of ten it will start right away...then we know the coil is bad and work from there...I have started two Buicks this week by pouring cold water on the coils...one was the coil the other was the crank sensor...your C sounds like coil failure...good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
