Are you talking about the oil seal replacement on the intergal brake shaft? That housing cannot be removed from the outside! It is easier to remove the oil seal and replace it without removing the housing. The transmission/axle must be taken apart and the bull gears removed to remove that housing. I pry the oil seals out, or use self threading metal screws and a slide hammer to pull the seal. Be careful not to damage the shaft or housing surface.
