asking price of a farmall Cub

I have my eye on a 49 farmall cub that hasn't moved for at least 3 years that I know of and I recently asked the person that owns it how much he wanted. He was asking $1300.00. As far as the condition of the tractor goes it looks in reasonably good shape, all 4 tires still have air and it has a belly mower. The brief time I was there the guy said it still ran but there wasn't a battery to start it with so I don't know. Any ideas?
