Sounds like you have lots of options. Is it a high crop cotton picker? Or just a plain reversed M? If it is a high crop-cotton picker, I would think you could sell the reversed parts off, and put an adjustable widefront on with the taller front axle knees and spindles. You can still buy these parts from aftermarket suppliers. You'd need the front cast wheels and rims from a W-6 to make it look like an regular M high-crop. OR you could leave it reversed and put a loader on it(assuming it's not a high-crop). That would be a cool reverse loader setup. Or you could just restore it and remove the reverse setup.
Obivously, the cheap way is to trade/buy a regular M, but that takes away from the FUN of the project. I say convert the one you have.
