That motor is most likely a German diesel D310 If you look on the right side of the block by the oil filter or block breather tube it should be stamped there. I dont know for sure but in the 715 combine the two diesels used were the d310 german or the D282 american engine that has glow plugs.
We have a 756 that was swaped from gas to a german d310 diesel from a 715. But you need a few more things to do this conversion. If you do a search in the old posting on "656 gas to diesel".
I posted all the changes you will have to do.
