Found out today my magneto was shot. I started it up ran for a while, started surgeing and died and would not restart. No spark at the plugs. Took off the mag and took it to the local salvage yard. The coil, points, condensor and all where fine. But I could spin my mag with one finger and no click or spark. Got a salvage one and it is all I can do to turn it with my hand and it really clicks and sends out a bright blue spark. When installed it fired right off and no more surg and now runs much better. I don't know how it was running at all before. Thanks for all the advise fellers
