weak magneto on M

I have a 1945 Farmall "M" thats hard starting.
I have tuned her up with new plugs,wires,cap,points,condenser. Installed new wiring harness,push button starting switch. Had the starter and generator rebuit. New battery and cables. And rebuilt the carb. I know she's getting enough gas if i crank to long she floods. Once it starts it runs great. It appears to have good spark but i have been fooled before on cars by just a visual check. How can i be sure the magneto is good?
