The F12 would be a perfect "starter" tractor. About 90% of the parts are commonly available, they're dead simple to work on, and easy to transport. They're also quite common in most areas, and not particularly valuable. A running F12 that doesn't need an engine rebuild (smokes a lot, or leaks water because the block is cracked, that sort of thing) with tires that will hold air, and reasonably straight sheet metal, faded paint, etc. etc. would be worth about $500 to $750 around here. New tires (especially if they're 40" rims) recent paint/decals, or unusual options (electric start, lights, overdrive) would increase that accordingly.
