IHC Cast Iron Front Wheel

I am trying to identify a cast iron wheel that I believe is a front wheel from an early tractor. The wheel is what I would call a "bowl" type, about 20" in diameter, about 5" wide, with a angle iron band bolted around the circumference. It has what appears to be the IHC logo (the IH inside the C) above the number 3962-D and has some vestiges of what I assume to be the original red paint. Any idea what this wheel was used on? Thanks.
