Help water leaking from under tranny inspection cover

Started up my 300 utility yesterday after setting for about 3 months and she fired right up on the third try,after running at idel for five minutes i noticed water coming out from under the inspection hole of the tranny.Tractor is under shed and out of the weather so no rain can get to her and it is water not antifreeze as first thought could i have a cracked block or somthing?? any help is greatly appreciated.
