Brakes on 74/84/85 series were not my favorite to fix, they have a brake equalizer valve, and cyls for each brake side, then the orings on the actual piston that is mounted on inner end of axle. The brake cyls can be resealed, the equalizer replaced, then remove the axle & housing to replace the orings on the actuator piston.
