Have pulled with several pickups, always a gooseneck flatbed trailer with 14,000 lb rating or higher.

90 Ford F-150 with a 302 engine: pulled pretty good for a 302, but was bottomed out all the time. Hauled an F-12, F-14, 6 IH LB stationary engines, and a 6 horsepower Fairbanks stationary. Altogether I would say around 10k lbs.

96 F-150 with 302 - see above

82 Dodge with 318 - see above with plenty of suspension, just a little short on power.

98 F-150 with 5.4 engine - heavy half still doesn't have enough suspension but good power.

98 Dodge 2500 Cummins - set the cruise and go, perfect combination.
