Most oil companies have a cross reference and can match up Hy-Tran, I don't know about other equipment manufacturers. Esso or Exxon have a match that I used for years called Hydraul 50. Be careful at Esso retailers, they tend to carry only Hydraul 56, fine for all the others but not IH. CaseIH is not manufacturing this oil, it is being packaged for CaseIH by one of the major oil companies. That has probably changed a dozen times since the Farmall 300 was built.
