MW parts for HM

Was at a show this weekend, and heard a fellow saying that he had owned both his H and M since brand new. When the engines got tired in the mid-50's the local dealer set him up on a deal where both complete engines were sent to M&W for a upgrade/rebuild. When returned, they had stroker cranks, pistons, cams, govenors, distributor curves, and carb work. I've heard alot about M&W over the years, but I've never heard of a factory rebuild program and never heard of a M&W cam before. Did M&W rebuild engines and offer a differant cam? thanks!
