I've seen this apperatus a lot on tractors at plowing matches and my understanding for having them were, instead of having to move the drawbar all the way to the next hole on the drawbar you could move it one notch at a time which gave you more persice movement.I want to bolt the one I got on my 10-20.This past weekend I went to the IH Roundup in Athens Ontario,I seen one mounted on a 10-20 there. We had the video camera and I took a shot of that one but for some unknown reason the tape was stuck and only about half of what I taped actully worked and that was one thing that didn't.Just before we left I wanted to take a still photo but the wife said I allready had a video of it and wouldn't need a still photo and like a good husband that I'am I let it go,DUMB DUMB!!!.What I was trying to remember was does the aperatus move the drawbar or does it work independatly on it's own??? Thanks WILL
