which radiator fan for a B?

My grandfather's B is running fine, but I need to replace the fan (it really loses a lot of oil out of the front end) Which is better - the old style with the plug where you squirt oil, or the newer style with the sealed bearing? I don't use it for anything heavy - just drive down the side roads and occassionally pull a hay rack. Thanks.
