can you hear the impulse of the mag when it turns over hook up a spark plug clamp it to the steering shaft then turn it over should have spark check and make sure the rotor is lined up with the terminals on the cap turn over with a crank get #1 on compression then check rotor to see if it is lined up with the terminal on the cap if fire checks out ok then you will know it is in the fuel
