I also have watched these ads for a while now. I think alot on price depends where you live and the time of year. Seems the sellers ask more spring/early summer and prices seem higher on the east coast.
Most of what is for sale I cannot afford. But I have found several that I could, they were just 600 miles away so after paying some one to haul, the price was out of my reach.
