As stated the Super MTA was actually the Stage III Super M. It could be ordered with or without TA just like a 300, 350, 400, 450, 460, 560, etc. It still had the same castings with or without TA but just didn't have the TA. For some reason it was still called a Super MTA but the words "Torque Amplifier" were not written on the tractor decals. Just for symplicity, The Stage I had the larger engine. Stage II added live hydraulics but the same castings as Stage I. Stage III had the center and rear castings for TA wether it had TA or not. It also had IPTO available for first time. The rear casting was also cast to mount Fast Hitch but the two point hitch was not made available untill 300/400 came out. Harold H
