The first thing I would check is your timing. Looking at your mag. cap you should see a #1 marked on the cap. Its the one on the top-right. That plug wire needs to go to the number one cylinder ( closest to the radiator). Then moving clock-wise around your mag. cap from #1 term. the next plug wire should go to #3 cylinder; next should go to #4 cylinder and then to #2 cylinder. If you've had the mag. off I'd check the timing. Also do you have the valve cover back on because you need to have the 2 priming cups on and closed down or you'll loose compression thru there; they were used to prime the combustion chambers for easier starting. I've started my F-30 a few times over the years with the valve cover off to watch and make sure everything's alright in there and everytime I'll forget to screw those priming cups back on and stand there a while and wonder why the tractor is running so rough. Give me a holler if you need help with the timing or anyhting else.
