the saginaw is a very heavy duty hitch and this is good except when it comes to paying for the shipping to get it to you. That is about the only negative I've heard about them.
I built my own hitch and it cost me nearly what a saginaw would have cost me! and I'm sure it's not as good as the saginaw!
