'48' C ENGINE

I have a 1948 'C' Farmall that I just bought to restore. The engine was stuck very tight from sitting outside for 10+ years and now that I have it apart, It looks like I need a new sleeve and a connecting rod.The piston looks good,so is it necessary to replace it along with the sleeve?
