You don't need anything larger, I pulled a S 69 for years with thrower and wagon with Farmall 300. Baled 30-35,000 bales per year. I would however go to the numbered series tractors for the Independant PTO. That will do more for you than power. If you have flat ground some of the 30-40 hp utility diesels are good on baler, short and very manuverable. If you need more power for hills etc., 560 or 656 are max needed on baler in any conditions. Bigger than that are just clumsy on baler.
