I bought a gas Farmall 340 with a NF and fast hitch earlier this year. I have been very happy with it. They have 36 horsepower. It is a very handy tractor for getting around tight areas. They have a 5 speed transmission with TA. I was told to check the steering--especially if it has ever had a loader on it--when I bought mine. I have heard that some parts are hard to locate due to the small quantity that were produced. Overall, I believe that they are an excellent tractor--live pto, better hydralics than a letter series, optional fast hitch--and yet they are unique enough to also use for a show tractor!!
