From the description you give I would say you have a model 70 plow. Are you sure it doesn't have trip beams. It would have large pin for pivot point about 4" above moalboard on beam. Spring latch is up near top just under plows main beam or the square tubing that ties all 5 bottoms together. If it doesn't have trip beams it will surely have a trip hitch, coil springs on plow pull bar, probably about 4 of them for a 5 bottom plow. The trip hitch does not work that well on big plows One of my 4 bottom No.60s had that trip hitch. I found if you had enough spring tension to pull plow, it would not protect individual bottoms.
