I have seen that around here too. One guy had an old Oliver for sale for years. He finally died and it was sold for a fraction of it's asking price at auction. I have a friend that has had an old case tractor (400?) sitting in his yard for 10 YEARS! He won't sell for less than he bought it for. It hasn't run since 1991. He asks me if I want it sometimes. I keep saying no. Irv
