Farmall H/American Road Equipment Company Grader

My uncle has a road grader combo of a '39 Farmall H with an American Road Equipment Company (Omaha NE) grader. I would consider the grader section (except for the large tool box) and tractor to be in poor condition but restorable (still solid metal). The cab section and toolbox is rusted out and probably not restorable. I am interested in restoring the grader. My uncle is interested in getting rid of it.

Does anyone have any information on the American Road Equipment Company? Is there anything specific on grader attachments?

Is there much demand or interest in such a tractor to justify restoring it?

If not, is it best to sell it complete or part it out?
