It is possible that all the leaks you see have the same cause- an overfilled transmission. The level check plug for the transmission is on the left side of the transmission-surprisingly close to the bottom. The trans lube capacity is 3 1/2 pints. Open the plug and allow excess lube, if any, to drain. That may cure the leak at the clutch inspection cover. The seals may be damaged where the axles come out from the transmission. Get rid of the excess lube first and see if all the leaks end before tearing down to replace seals. Too much lube in the transmission actually reduces the lube reaching the upper parts of the transmission. I get the feeling that you do not yet have an owners manual for the tractor. Get one!
