I would say that your problem is in the MCV and there is a valve stuck from a nick in the valve or a small pice of dirt or a metal flake , i have seen them stuck so bad that i have had to work my tail off to get a valve out or the springs in the mcv have gotten weak and are not doing what they are suppose to , when i go into a mcv i have been installing a new spring kit . These are just some thoughts as i can not do any test over the putter. If you were just down the road sure would not take me long to fix it.
