What color of Rims on 1566 Black Stripe???

I am beginning restoration of my 1566 Black Stripe,... One rear rim has been painted red and the other looks like original silver with rust?? One front rim is red and one is just Rust! (Never Painted) What color should the rims be? Were the rims IH silver like the old Farmalls?
