YOu're not completely stuck there, Mark. As to your questions, if you need to change the bearing and can't free up the brake drum you can remove the shaft retainer clip at the outer end of the shaft and pull shaft drum and all. You might have better luck pulling the brake drum from the other end once you have it out of the bearing. BUT, Vern makes a good point that your noise can be a lot of things. Wheel weights or even a loose lug. Good luck!
