I was told to go to the Case IH dealerships and buy the Tach assembly for a 560, they won't list the 460 in their books, but the 560 is the same thing. I haven't priced them yet, but I need one for my 460 utility. Might be better trying to straighten the other part. Save your money for the tach!!!!
