We had an A that we mowed with for many years that had similar cracks. (Found them when we pulled head to grind valves.) They gave no trouble. Sold the tractor a number of years ago (told the new owner about the cracks), and the last I heard he's still using it. If the cracks aren't too bad, and the deck surface is smooth and true, you'll probably have no problems, and even more likely if it is for show, or light use than if it is to have it's guts pulled out in heavy work.
