The tractor did not come with a turbo. Some have had them added but they out where they are easy to see. If you are going by the hood having a decal on it reading "Turbo". The tractor probably has a hood panel off of a turbo tractor on it or else someone repainted the tractor and didn't know that the Turbo decal did not apply to that tractor. When I repainted mine 10 years ago the 1568 decal kit was not available, I had to use the 1566 kit.
I have never pulled a plow but I think you will have trouble getting a 1568 narrow enough for a 3 bottom plow. If it has duals it will be almost too wide for a 12 foot disk, but you should be able to pull it at 10mph :).
