A farm supply store such as Tractor Supply will have or can get the oil filter for your 140. If not in stock, they will have a Fram or similar application catalog there to pick out the correct filter and they will order it for you. I've used the Fram filters a time or two, but it's easier to go to an IH dealer because they will have them in stock at their parts counter.
