I had a TO-30 ferguson that was doing the same thing and thought that I had a cracked block, thay are known for this problem because the cylinder walls are very thin between the cylinders. I was lucky that when I pulled the motor apart the block was not cracked. The ferguson uses a wet sleeve engine and the o-rings on the sleeves had cracked and rotted away and that was how the water was getting into the oil. I rebuilt the motor and never had any other trouble with it.
