M three point and hydro.

I am purchasing an M that did not come with hyd. or a three point. Is there a easy (cheap) way to install this, like pirating from a junker, or will I be forced to shell out big $$ for a conversion kit. The tractor has a 350 Chevy swap, if it makes a difference.
