I just hauled my Dad's my home in a Ryder truck the door was 7 feet 4 inches. My M had the long axles so I had to cut them off. With the wheels turned out and moved all the way in we got it down to 7 feet 2 inches. The axles were even with the outside of the tires. I don't think you will have any problems getting it to fit on the trailer with the wheels turned in. Bob G
