I sure could use a pair of eyes to help me look through the rear end before I re-assemble. The tractor had trouble getting into gear when running, and I don't know what to replace to fix that. I'm going to throw a whole new clutch in it for starters.

I really appreciate your thoughts on the sleeves. I'm worried about the trapped water too. I suppose the right thing to do is just throw money at it so I can be certain that the job was done right.

I let this whole project go dormant in March, and now I want to get it moving again. Sounds like yours is 100% -- congratulations! Send me some photos if you can. I need all the inspiration I can get.
