Thanks to everyone for the good advice, will take the plugs out tomorrow and put penetrating oil in. and be patient. ( Hugh this is my second Farmall, do have a Super A, which has been setting in the garage in valley for about 2 years and started it a couple of weeks ago, I was beginning to think about a seized engine on that one,it started up one the first turn of engine)Info received is this could be a 53 ?. It is cleaning up real nice and easy, might think about spraying a couple of coats of red paint. The front end , tires are set out wider than the rear wheels which are about 72". the front wheels are set at 79" and one side has a spot of weld, so cannot be adjusted until that is ground off. The rods from tie rod ends over to the center connection are bent as though each side had run into a tree, so these will have to be removed and straightened, other than those two problems everything looks pretty good for a tractor almost 50 tears old. It does have the quick connect hitch. Cheers, Murray
