might as well pull the head then you will know what is wrong if the walls are rusted you will need to tear it down and fix correctly could spend a lot of time messing around and never have a good engine pull the head and pan then you know where to go next there is a reason it is stuck fast are you sure the starter isint the culprit as the bendix could be locked on the flywheel pull it off and then you will know
