wagner loader for a cub

I finally located a loader. The guy told me it will fit a cub and a farmall A. It looks in pretty good shape, really rusty and the hoses are shot, but the overall condition is relatively straight. I can see how the back end fits on the tractor but I didn't figure out how the front end hooks up. Does any one have any info on how this loader fits on the tractor and if it would be a worthwhile project to restore and mount it on the cub. It looks real heavy for the cub.
Also what would this loader be worth.
