I guess if its running we all know that when #1 is up on compression it is firing #1 AGREED? So if the distributor is off by 180 degrees...I guess the wires have been moved to accomodate it.AGREED? The motor dont care if the distributor is in 180 off as long as when 1 is up, it has the rotor pointed there! I think he has some tight intake valves..he should check the adjustment and if that dont solve it, loose exhaust valves will make her blow back! Perhaps watch the valve train while running and check for lazy valve action.....Hoping she is wired 1-3-4-2.......
