Well 15% for A & B is a lot more believeable than 15 hp for C. Actually what you have here is same engine and a C was the 15% boost. It could be done with the offsets, just bring them up to C, SC, or 200 specs. C-113 or C123. Remember one item those little engines lasted three times the hours in the off set tractor with 24" tires. My dad ran SA, 130, H and 300. He wouldn't touch the C, SC, 200 or 230; too much tire for the engine.
