Lance: One thing I forgot to mention, one of the two wires running from dash to alternator is no longer needed. I have that wire hooked to a push button at dash for exciting alternator. As far as I am concerned generator only has one use that is to look at. I changed my tractors 10 years ago, they start better run better and pull better. The new 6 volt battery I put in then is still in SA. The new 12 volt I put in 130 has been changed.I also threw the bushel of voltage regulators and ignition parts that wouldn't work in garbage. I also happen to put 500 gallons of gas a year through my tractors, SA and 130. It is easy enough to say keep generator if you don't do anything.
