IH made a front mounted blade for H and M. It was just a heavier version of blade often seen on Cubs or SAs. My dad had one he bought new with his H. It was 84" wide and about 15" high. Angling principle was same as blade on SA. It was quite a heavy blade made from 1/2" plate. It was around farm for years angle mechanism broke up. I last geared it up as quick attach on a Case skid steer, for scraping free stall dairy barn.
