Don, I would suggest a look at the spark plugs. This will confirm if you had a considerable head leak as they will form a white to gray scale when burning water. You say you didn't run engine much?....Was it antifreeze or water you found in oil?.....is coolant Antifreeze?Another scource of water could have been from water entering the exhaust system..or condensation from frequent running with out getting engine to operating temp..not sure if you ruled out these possibilities. If you are wanting to you can check valve seats by pouring a little diesel or solvent into intake and exhaust ports while holding head at angle and see if any drips from valve. Of course if you want it right take it in to a shop. Not sure I would pull pistons and sleeves until I kwew for sure you have a breach in that area.Removing sleeve may disturb ring seating. May have to do what others suggested. As for torques Headstud nuts 65 ft-lbs.Mains are 75 ft-lbs and rods 40-45 w/ lock pins or 43-49 with locknut.hope this helps you and good luck
