I saw the post above that you got it running. I will give you the procedure I use for starting mine-it almost always starts on 1 crank using this procedure. Timing about 1/4 advanced, Throttle about 1/4 open, choke fully closed, bring the crank till you can feel it coming up against compression and just rock the crank back and fourth against compression until it starts to drip a little gas out of the carb. Then open the choke fully and with the crank at the bottom give it a pull up and it will start. Try this after you get the firing order and timing all set up correctly. My F-12 has a slightly different procedure. It seems almost like each tractor has it's own personality.
