Please send me a EM and we will talk.Also for what it is worth i am trying to make some extra money to buy more medicine that i need because i have bone desease in my spine and i suffer from alot of pain and i might be getting a heart condition also. Because i have been trying to do this (help people if i can and just telling the truth)i have received some very nasty EM and Postings at the tractor site from people (AND I AM SHURE YOUR NOT ONE OF THEM) Alls i know i am trying to help farmers because they work very hard to put food on my table (and i am also trying to help other people) and i say thanks alot to all of you who are the nice people! Like i say,if someone wants to contact me at my EM Address,i like talking to nice people and i will tell you what it is,its up to people what they want to do with the free info i will send to them. Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
